This Privacy Policy describes how zhimastudio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use any of our Apps or related online services (the "Service"). Unless an App provides a separate privacy notice, this Privacy Policy applies to our Apps generally.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.
A. Information You Provide to Us
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide when you contact us for customer support, submit feedback, or communicate with us by email. This may include your email address and the content of your message.
An App may store certain preferences and content locally on your device (for example, favorites, history, or settings). This information is primarily stored on your device and is not automatically transmitted to us unless you choose to contact us or use a feature that requires network communication.
B. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Service, we and our third-party partners may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including but not limited to:
We generally do not require you to create an account to use the basic features of our Apps. If a particular App offers optional accounts or cloud sync, that App will describe any additional information collected for those features.
C. Permissions Used by the Apps
Depending on the App, your device, and the features you use, an App may request or use permissions such as:
You can manage permissions in your device settings. Denying a permission may limit related features, but core browsing or utility features that do not require that permission should continue to work where technically possible.
D. In-App Purchases
If you make an in-app purchase through Google Play (or another store), payment processing is handled by the store provider. We do not receive your full payment card details. The store may provide us with purchase confirmation information, such as product purchased, purchase time, and order identifiers, so we can deliver the purchased feature, unlock content, or remove ads, as applicable.
We use third-party services to help us operate, analyze, and monetize our Apps. Not every App uses every partner listed below. These third parties may collect information from your device in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers.
A. Google AdMob
Where enabled, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements, which may include interstitial, banner, rewarded, native, or app open ads. AdMob is provided by Google LLC and may collect and use information such as your advertising identifier, IP address, device information, app activity related to ads, and approximate location derived from IP address to serve, measure, and personalize ads (where permitted by law and your consent settings).

B. Google Analytics for Firebase
Where enabled, we use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how users interact with the App, improve performance, and analyze usage trends. Firebase Analytics may collect information such as app instance ID, device model, operating system, general location (country/region), session data, and events related to your use of the App.

C. Pangle (Bytedance)
Where enabled, we may integrate the Pangle Global advertising SDK (operated by Bytedance), either directly or together with other ad networks, to serve advertisements. When a Pangle ad is requested or shown, Pangle may collect and process information such as device identifiers (including advertising ID), IP address, device information, ad interaction data, and diagnostic information to deliver, measure, and improve advertising.
Depending on the App and your region, ads may be served primarily by AdMob, primarily by Pangle, or by a combination / fallback between them.

D. Other Third-Party Links and Content
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
We use the information described above for purposes including:
We and our partners may use cookies, SDKs, software development kits, device identifiers, and similar technologies to collect information for analytics and advertising purposes.
Personalized Advertising: Where permitted by applicable law, ads may be personalized based on your advertising identifier, app usage, and other information collected over time. You can control personalized advertising through your device settings.
Consent in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland: If you are located in these regions, an App that uses Google advertising services may present a consent message (such as Google User Messaging Platform) before requesting personalized ads. Outside these regions, some Apps may not present this consent message in order to reduce delays in loading ads.
How to Limit or Opt Out of Personalized Ads:
Please note that even if you opt out of personalized advertising, you may still see non-personalized ads in the Apps.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal data based on one or more of the following legal bases, as applicable:
Where consent is required, you may withdraw consent at any time through your device settings or by contacting us. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
We may share information in the following circumstances:
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, certain data sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some U.S. state privacy laws. See Section 10 below for more information.
We retain information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Analytics and advertising partners may retain data according to their own retention policies.
We and our third-party partners may process and store information on servers located outside your country of residence, including in countries that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred internationally. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, which may include the right to:

We do not knowingly sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age.
To submit a request, contact us as described in Section 14 and include "California Privacy Rights Request" in your message.
Our Apps are generally intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the Apps or provide any information to us.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as reasonably possible.
